We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance seating experience. If your Secretlab product isn't the perfect fit for your setup, you can initiate a return within 49 days of delivery for a refund.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the Returns Portal with your order number and reason for the return to receive an authorization form.
Pack Your Product
Disassemble your chair and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for any damages, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
