How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is the Secretlab Return Policy?
We offer a 49-day return policy for all our products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do Secretlab chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years via our Extended Warranty Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair but excludes aesthetic wear and tear.
Are the chairs difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Each chair comes with a detailed step-by-step assembly guide and a toolkit. Most users find they can fully assemble their chair in approximately 20 minutes. We also provide assembly videos on our website for visual guidance.
Which upholstery option should I choose: PRIME™ 2.0 Leatherette or SoftWeave® Fabric?
This depends on your preference. Our leatherette is highly durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for most users. SoftWeave® Fabric is engineered for breathability and a soft, textured feel, which is perfect for warmer climates.
